I recently let my house in Cornwall and chose to place the business with a local agent rather than an online, national provider. I chose Miller Countrywide St Austell. The initial contact and meeting with Dan just confirmed the value of having an agent who knows the area, the local property market and an 'on street' presence. Once I decided to go ahead, I dealt with Emily in the office, and she was in touch with me regularly. Dealing with any questions I had, and keeping me informed on the progress of the letting process. A suitable tenant was found within a matter of days, and Emily managed everything until the tenant moved in. Very professional and efficient service from Day 1, and I recommend using the Miller Countrywide team in St Austell.

Lee at Millers managed to find a buyer for my property within 2 days of it going on to the market, which was excellent. It did take quite a long time for the sale to go through, but Richard at Millers could not have done more to ease the process along. Whenever I emailed for an update I never waited more than a day for a reply. If fact I often got a phone call with an update the same day. Richard was great at being the the intermediary between my solicitor and the buyers. He just went that extra mile and was always so calm when things got a little stressful. Thank you so much.

Miller Lettings in St Austell are phenomenal.All of the team are very professional and offer an extremely personal service, which is much appreciated.Using Miller Lettings makes life so much easier as they really do take great care in finding a good tenant, and having found them checking them out thoroughly to ensure they are going to be the right tenant. Sophie has been an excellent help. I have been with my current contents insurance company for a year and the renewal fee has rocketed but the cover hasn?t changed.
