Lovely shops as always but I have to say the men?s urinals were wilt by!! Stained and dirt all around the rims as if the cleaners were too tired to lift the plastic sieve things out and wash them off. It was quite revolting looking at them all. French aires are cleaner than these and they aren?t always great. It?s just an awful experience. This place was a wonderful stop in the past but not at all now. Get your act together and get the place cleaned. Is it a good advert for Cornwall - NO

Rip off. Used to be cheap to park overnight in a truck but now it's expensive for nothing in return. Pure greed. Now truckers park elsewhere.

Lovely staff, most grateful to Alex for the friendly service after my daughter had left her coat behind, left a voicemail and then received a call back to say we could come and pick up the coat, l was most thrilled by the news and Alex was the most kind person when he brought the coat over to us! Just visited the airstream donut wagon outside of the Cornwall services to buy my son a special edition grinch donut as a little treat. The guy working today (Sunday 8th December 24) could not have been more helpful and kind. The world needs more people like him ?? thank you and merry Christmas

It doesn?t cease to amaze me how this services always serves the A30 for variety of shops like mountain warehouse and the Taco Bell . And Subway . I?d prefer it had Starbucks instead of costa coffee though. Nevertheless it?s all good here and it seems to be able to provide well with its toilets.

Difficult (in the dark) to navigate your way around the roadway options to get there, and once you do, very clean but felt a bit soulless. On balance I think I prefer the slightly smaller options on the A30. But I will give it another try in the future.

Super services, designed with care. A shop for Rowes pasties and pastries, a Costa, clothing shops WHSmith and various other outlets make for a great stop on the journey to the south west.
