Lovely country store/tack shop/country clothing store. Really good range of items and dog friendly. There is also a cafe on site that serves toasties, jacket potatoes and some larger plates like fish and chips.

Needed a new roofing hat some jods and gloves for a beach ride. The last at the till at the till was so friendly professional and lovely made me feel really reassured. Made sure I got the correct fitting hat had lovely conversation even with another customer... Really lovely

Use this company once or twice a week for my animal feed.
Always helpful yard helpers, was in few days ago getting straw and hay, as I was carrying one bale at a time Matt was carrying two, Matt is a great asset to company not only very helpful and polite he very powerful, just what company needs when large items required to be loaded etc.

Got goat feed today Matt carrying 2 bags to my normal 1 bag lol.
Once again laughing and polite loading vehicle up.

As farm shops goes, it was excellent. It had a wide selection of products and the restaurant next door was spacious. As a visitor from another part of the farming country it was nice to be in s familiar setting.
Both staff and customers were very friendly.

Ordered online as sadly don't live in Cornwall.The online customer services number went through to an ACTUAL person, no hold music, no weird selections. They dealt with my issue there and then. The boots arrived when they said they would and were well packaged. Thank you for delivering what feels so rare in this day and age - great human service! (Cat shown was not purchased via Griggs) :D Happy customer
