Shop seemed ok but restaurant was ridiculous. Wanted a cooked breakfast but I don't like egg so asked for no egg. Was told I could not make changes to the menu. Explained I didn't want to change anything just no eggs and they said that was a change and I had to have egg. Told this was policy as it created more work to change things (this was 8am, there was no-one else in the restaurant!). When said surely not cooking 2 eggs is less work was just repeatedly told this was the orders of the director and nothing they could do. They then added insult to injury by saying they would have done it if I was allergic! As I couldn't have it without egg I didn't have breakfast.As I left one of the directors approached me and apologised as she had heard about what had happened and agreed staff should have used common sense and not include eggs and they would look at some customer service training. Bumped review to 2 stars instead of 1 because at least an apology was offered, but will be a while before I'd try it again.

Staff didn't smile or really acknowledge us. Coffee drowning in the saucer which was acknowledge as she served it to us, however, we had to get serviettes to mop it up.Poor customer service.

Bit of a surprise! A really good restaurant with a wide range to suit everyone's taste.The store is big with just about everything you could possibly want or need.Great selection of clothing too.Worth a visit

Item listed as £150 on website. With 5% discount £142.50. Item arrives. Price tag on it says £130 and is last year's version of the item with lower waterproofing and non zip pockets! Unhappy with this so returned with message stating I believe this was mis-sold and that I shouldn't incur postage charges for return in this case. I have received refund minus the postage. Wouldn't use again.

You can't get refund only swap they don't have a large now stuck with a jacket that's too big avoid at all costs, plenty of other stores have the item in stock wish I had never used them.

Great country store. All you could ask for to dress for horse riding. All you need for your horse as well. Great country pursuit clothing and footwear. Heck just go and have a look you will not be disappointed. You can then stop and have a great lunch, sandwich or just tea and cake in their first class restaurant. It's a winner

My first time shopping at MA Griggs County store,and what a fantastic service, I ordered my items and 2 days later were delivered to my door.actually ordered again they were that good definitely be shopping there again in the future.
