I feel have to make this comment as yesterday an elderly friend of mine went into Lloyds Bank to inquire about running a "small business" and he told me that the lady who "greeted" him was extremely rude. He said she looked at him up and down before answering, and she didn't really know the answer at all. Graham said she proceeded to answer questions in a very rude manner and was very sharp.I did make him aware that I received a similar type of attitude from a lady in their about 4 years ago. I lost my bank card and a member of the public had handed it in at Lloyds Bank. She called me to come in and collect it and bring in some ID, And at the reception I passed all of the security checks apart from my signature. I just couldn't get my signature right. The lady eventually snapped at me and said "why don't you write it like you're in school". Needless to say that was a last straw for me and I moved over to Halifax, better service and friendlier staff.

There's Chinese lady working, she's so arrogant and not helpful soon I will cancel my account from this bank we had couple of problems with bank but same lady were there she wasn't helpful and she's thinking she's a manager!

A decent Drive away from Home and always closed when I get off work. They are however open on saturday, the building is nice and the staff are friendly.

Okay please u guess, staff seemed bored and fairly dazed. Bank In general never seemed "on my side" I ran into a few money issues and with two kids to look after thought them eating was more important than paying a stupid credit card. They didn't see it the same way and the interested stacked higher and higher. Until I went down to citizens advice and had them put a £1 token off system in place. Which was great up until a few weeks ago where they shut me off online banking so I can no longer make payments. Thier loss. Overall poor experience and never offered me any help. If you experience these problems contact barcely card, they can offer a balance transfer and for you and put the card on hold for 30 days, they can then put the whole card offline so no payments can be made and you only pay it off.
