Clean and tidy store, plenty of space with wide aisles.
Their own brand ice creams are as good as, if not better than the leading brands. Same for much of their fruit and veg.

Good quality food at reasonable prices, The middle of Lidl is often a suprise as well!
Get the app and there are loads of offers on selected products. You can also get a digital receipt which is useful if you purchase something expensive and need to return it.

Prices much lower than Tesco's next food. Breads and pastries especially good value along with meat cuts.
However none of the tills were open so I had to use the self check outs which I strongly dislike.

It's OK. I like the cheap iced coffees, the bakery, the sushi and the things like that you can't get in Asda. Some staff are better than others, mostly friendly. It's worth noting that bags for life aren't actually that, and they don't replace them when they split.

Lidl in St Austell is really dirty. Once used the toilet. Never again The self checkout is dirty always. The floors in the whole shop and glass installations at checkout etc. Its a place where people buy food. It should be hygenic. Its not.Really sad state of affairs

Good store but limited choice due to the standard Lidl practice of selling some of everything. Good quality food, especially meat, at aggressive prices.
A second review shows little has changed. It remains a good shop but own brand stuff can be poor. It also means l now do two shops instead of one - buying the stuff that is good value and good but then going elsewhere for greater variety or better quality.
Recent visits have shown uncharacteristic stock shortages - l couldn't get carrots, budget pasta or cheap bottled water. Lost a star for not supplying what it is normally good at
Nothing changed, still some items missing from the shelves. October 2024 still gaps in stock - no tomatoes amongst other things. Seems to be going backwards as the quality of the meat has slipped lately as well
