update: as requested went through their form, neverheard anything back, sticking to my conclusion of useless company
Customer service was lacking, Was abruptly told wheel alignment was £71 with no mention of the free option that i selected at time of purchase online. I was told i would get a phone call once it's done and that i HAD to collect it today, and repeatedly told it would close at 6pm, it was about 3pm. I waited until 5:15pm before i called them multiple times, on the 4TH!!!!! attempt i finally got through at about 5:30PM (30mins before they close) and was told its done, luckily i was only 5 minutes away, otherwise there was no way i was going to get there in time. On the phone i was once again told WE CLOSE 6pm, well you should probably have CALLED ME then like you said you would have.
Anyway... go to collect the car, TPMS sensor doesn't work, insisted it did before, fobbed off and told to come back tomorrow, i refused. eventually they fixed the TPMS sensor and i drove off. Terrible customer service, would not recommend and will not be going back.

We arrived with a flat tyre on a very busy day, but they managed to squeeze us in and got us back on the road very quickly. Brilliant.

Kevin and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient. Having rung ahead to see if they had the correct tyre, I was back on the road within 30 mins of arrival at the garage.

Happy the brakes are sorted, John was very friendly and helpful. Happy Kwik Fit were able to accommodate this work at short notice...needed car for long journey on Saturday 9th August

John at St Austell is a top guy. Clearly enjoys his job and clearly enjoys working with and helping the public. He took the anxiety away of being 300 miles from home needing a new tyre.
Just a pity that the attitude of Penzance (name unknown) was the opposite.
As someone in a sales role myself these two depots appear to be chalk and cheese.

I quite often have the need to replace my tyres due to the sheer number of miles I do in my job.
The team at St Austell go above and beyond to squeeze me in so I can be safe and back on the road.
They are always so busy, but manage to maintain their friendliness, professionalism and get the job done!

Unexpected flat tire at 3 pm today. I spoke to Kevin on the phone as I happened to be round the corner. He checked the inventory and found my tire and I brought it straight round. Kevin, Paul and the team had my tire fitted within 15 to 20 minutes and I was on my way. Life saving! They were extremely polite, very efficient and were able to get the best price. I couldn?t have asked for better service. Thank you! Sam

Excellent staff with great customer service and a very knowledgeable team. I went in for a technical 4x4 puncture, and was impressed with the attitude of the staff, the puncture was delt with very
efficiently, and all issues and possible solutions were fully explained to me. The service bay was clean and tidy, and the customer waiting seat was a delight to rest in. The tyre was repaired, double checked and I was back on the road, these guys definitely need an extra in their pay packet this month! Well done boys

I went to kwikfit to get a new tyre for my van.
The guy was very slow and he was chatting with others very long time period without asking me what I needed.finally he said he can?t order at that moment due to system issue and he asked me to come after couple of days to get it sort out
I came back after couple of days he said same thing come after couple days
Never ever go there my friends save your time and money find someone else
