They transformed my (rather smelly!) Winter coat so that it looked and smelled brand new.

This is the last straw. Every time I go in, they make me feel as if I?ve interrupted them (which is probably the case) and I could probably disregard that, when they do such a terrible job of pressing my dress short, sorry someone else going to Truro for better service.

I needed a brass band jacket dry cleaned quickly. I spoke to Rachael who was super friendly and very helpful. The jacket was cleaned way ahead of when I needed it which was brilliant. Rachael even wished my daughter good luck in her band competition.The jacket came up beautifully.

Unprofessional, disorganised, under-staffed and unhelpful. Used for one load and then refused repeat custom because they were ?too busy? even though I offered to wait. I had clothes for my child while on holiday and still refused to help.
