Personally I can't praise this place enough. Chris that works there can't do enough for you, and prices on certain things like plasterboard is cheaper than B&Q, I think that's why most builders/traders go to Jewsons.I actually think its a shame Jewsons doesn't install kitchens and bathrooms in the same way as B&Q does, as they would have better and more contacts of fitters probably than B&Q does, and based on that theory alone I think they could set up a showroom and do this. Especially as they have a great team working for them.

Bought a power tool here, got it back and it was missing parts in a taped box, wasted time doing two trips there and back, held up the job, money out of my account pending a refund...not even a hint of an apology.Plus the service is ridiculously slow sometimes.

Staff always helpful and professional. Had a slight issue with the account this week which was very quickly and politely dealt with by the St Austell team. Back on track and deliveries resumed within 24 hours. Many thanks Jack and the the team.
