“We saw Sara today who pierced my little girls ears for her birthday. Although there were tears (mine), Sara handled the situation brilliantly. She went at my little girls pace, was super friendly, calm and kind. She wasn't fussed at all that we all ended up sat in a heap on the floor! My little girls ears are pierced PERFECTLY and she looks even more beautiful than before. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!”
