“What a Brill service!! Can highly recommend. We had our house painted by a local painter, we asked for the colour so we could match to finish the job, the painter told us 'Wellbeing' which we ordered, it arrived totally the wrong colour!!! ? so we took the paint to brewers decorators St Austell and they couldn't have helped more, they tested the paint we had, Not wellbeing and no longer available!!!! ? but with their great help they managed to match as closely as possible and it looks great, nothing was too much trouble and they got us out of a hole, thank you”
“Great store in terms of parking, and available stock. However, each time we go, the queue at the checkout is always 4 or 5 people deep, with only 1 or 2 colleagues working the checkouts. The staff are helpful, and store is well laid out, but some improvements could be made to ensure checkout and customer service runs more smoothly.”
