A wonderful store with wonderful staff, I frequent Holland and Barrett semi regularly and get a high level of service from any store I visit which is a credit to the company. However there is something special about the St Austell store!

I've been shopping at this particular Holland & Barrett for over 6 years, and from day 1 all of the H&B staff have shown me such kindness, compassion, and understanding.They're always helpful and patient when I have many questions about products and nutritional information. Sometimes I go in there just to browse and have brief chat, and I NEVER feel pressured to buy anything or feel rushed to leave.A HUGE THANK YOU to Kayleigh, Chelsey and Sophia for being beacons of LOVE in this world that can often be quite frightening and depressing.
