We saw Sara today who pierced my little girls ears for her birthday. Although there were tears (mine), Sara handled the situation brilliantly. She went at my little girls pace, was super friendly, calm and kind. She wasn't fussed at all that we all ended up sat in a heap on the floor! My little girls ears are pierced PERFECTLY and she looks even more beautiful than before. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!

Had my daughter?s ears pierced by a lady called Ebony. She was really great with my daughter and it was a lovely experience. My daughter is in love with her new pink earrings, highly recommend!

I took my daughter here yesterday to have her ears pierced. She was very nervous but Ebony and Sara were very welcoming and made her feel at ease. Ebony was patient, relaxed and professional while undertaking the piercing and clearly explained the aftercare required. We enquired at various places before this piercing and H.Samuels were the best value for money by far! I have a very happy daughter and would definitely reccomend the service. Thank you!

Sara served us, I went in to the store to have my earrings repaired. Sara was so lovely and helpful that my husband decided to ask about a wedding ring for himself. Sara is AMAZING!
Had my ring stuck on my finger but I didn't want it cut off, I kid you not when I say Sara worked her magic, she actually got my ring off in one piece which I had stressfully been trying to do for months.
Honestly so blown away! So kind and helpful looking forward to going back and getting remeasured for my new ring! THANK YOU ?
