“Were recommended to Fairways at St Austell as we needed 2 new sofa's , the range on display was amazing and the thing we liked is we were approached by a salesperson who offered help , when we said we were just looking they left us alone saying we are here if you need help , when we found what we liked a salesman named Alan came to help us , he was such a knowledgeable young man answered all our questions and so pleasant and caring , no pushing or rushing us into our purchase which we havenow made, in fact we are now going to order new carpets and again the knowledge Alan had with carpets was second to none , I can honestly say we have never ever had such brilliant service when buying furniture and carpets , this young man is a great asset to Fairway Furniture.”
“Great store in terms of parking, and available stock. However, each time we go, the queue at the checkout is always 4 or 5 people deep, with only 1 or 2 colleagues working the checkouts. The staff are helpful, and store is well laid out, but some improvements could be made to ensure checkout and customer service runs more smoothly.”
