The staff went beyond the extra mile with me.
From the showroom to the delivery teams, i found them all to be friendly, kind, professional and very helpful.
I purchased a sofa of which is wonderful quality.
I would highly recommend.

From visiting the store to receiving our furniture delivery Fairways service has been outstanding. Libby our sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept us updated about our delivery. The delivery guys were obviously experienced, they setup up our furniture and ensured we were happy before leaving. This has been such a refreshing experience, thank you Fairway.

No after sale back up if furniture faulty it is passed on to third party not stated when you buy.

The quality of the goods is poor. I recently bought a Morella wardrobe and paid £125 to have it put together by Fairway. It was misaligned, with doors not level and drawers coming out. They tried to blame it on an unlevel floor, but my other furniture is fine. Had to pay another £25 to have it looked at again and all they did was lean it against another wardrobe to make it stand upright. Doors and drawers are still hopeless!
Also bought a Misha foot stool. When I phoned up as the screws did not fit the holes to stabilise the feet, I was told either to leave the screws out or for me to buy smaller screws!! So I have a foot stool with unstabilised feet.
Will not be using Fairway Furniture again!!

Were recommended to Fairways at St Austell as we needed 2 new sofa's , the range on display was amazing and the thing we liked is we were approached by a salesperson who offered help , when we said we were just looking they left us alone saying we are here if you need help , when we found what we liked a salesman named Alan came to help us , he was such a knowledgeable young man answered all our questions and so pleasant and caring , no pushing or rushing us into our purchase which we havenow made, in fact we are now going to order new carpets and again the knowledge Alan had with carpets was second to none , I can honestly say we have never ever had such brilliant service when buying furniture and carpets , this young man is a great asset to Fairway Furniture.
