Along with the incredible food comes great service, Edie?s has a knack of finding lovely, joyous humans to work for them. It?s our go to special occasion or treat restaurant.

We had dinner yesterday for 4 people , the food and service was excellent, we went last year when staying at St Austell and it?s even better than last year, food, service, atmosphere amazing and recommend to anyone that likes quality dining for a sensible price.

Welcoming staff as soon as we walked through the door.
Service was spot on ,it was busy but we didnt wait for anything.
Waiting staff are attentive. The food was exceptional, brilliant place to visit .

This was an incredible little find when we wanted someone extra special to go on our final night of holiday.
The waitresses were attentive and friendly.

Our visit to Edies was a unique experience. We were greeted by Edie who takes front of house to a different level, professional friendly and very engaging!
She took us to our table and within seconds there was a bowl of snacks and a tasty dip on our table. All the staff were excellent and one in particular ( sorry i've forgotton her name) who is studying at Bournemouth University went the extra mile throughout the evening.She even went to the Chef to find out the ingredients of the sauce we had with our main course! The food was amazing , the menu is changed frequently so whatever you have to eat I am confident you will be very satisfied.
I just wish we had an Edies in North Devon.

My wife and I have just had lunch here. Food was truly excellent, superb flavour and presented beautifully without being too fussy. Our waitress (Bethany if bill had correct name) was great, just the right amount of attentiveness. Will definitely return. Deserves the great reviews it gets. Wish I had had space for a starter as well so next visit will be for dinner.

Delicious, beautifully prepared food in a tiny gem of a restaurant we wouldn't have known existed were it not for a recommendation. Great service and atmosphere in a venue that was completely full on a mid-week evening. Always a good sign. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for, and this was top-notch.

We've eaten here a couple of times now and loved it! The service is friendly and welcoming whilst also being professional and efficient. All the staff are absolutely lovely. The venue is really well decorated, making you feel at home but also high end, the tables are a good size and the chairs are super comfy. The food! Omg the food ? absolutely divine. To this day, the best food we've ever had. I had the halibut and it was delicious, such good flavour pairings! My partner had the steak and it literally melted in your mouth ? I could literally eat here every day for the rest of my life haha. Thanks guys!

Our evening here started very well: pleasant staff, tasty starters and nice wine.
Unfortunately, the confit chicken main courses were served slightly undercooked, being pink, a slightly chewy and oozing a little blood. We pointed this out to the waitress, who responded professionally and helpfully. Unfortunately a message was relayed from the chef to the effect that our food had been cooked to the right temperature. I think if this had been the case then the chicken would not have been as it was on our plates.
