Just had a caramel latte, worse ever . Could not taste the caramel and hardly any taste of coffee. Very poor.

If I could give the service 0 I would have. Every costa i have been to have provided excellent service even this store did yesterday. However the assistant managers attitude was disgusting, she was so rude and wouldn’t agree to half a shot of coffee which is done in every store.
