I went to Clarks in St Austell and Sara served me and she was amazing. I always have trouble buying shoes that end up too big but Sara knew exactly one to do x off she went and came back the ones I asked to try and 4 other options that I would not have even consider but gave it a go , the first one was perfect , 30 seconds ,job done x now that?s a lady who knows her stuff x thank you so much Sara x

The next shop to close in St Austell, very much no can do attitude, no stock, a week for a delivery, can?t take cash incase of a refund :-(

Mediocre review...there is one lady in there who is super friendly and helpful, and it was because of her that I made the effort to return to St Austell yesterday. But I met another lady yesterday who was so miserable, clearly didn't want to be there. Apparently my sons feet have shrunk... St Austell is already a ghost town, and honestly, I'm likely to now go to Truro in the future because of the poor customer service. A smile and a friendly face can do a lot to someone's day.

I took my 7 year little girl in today to get some new shoes. She has additional needs and is non verbal but Sara has dealt with her several times now and manages to get her to engage. It makes the experience a whole lot easier so thank you Sara your an asset to Clarks

Popped in today to get our little ones feet measured and pick up some new shoes, Jess was absolutely fantastic with her from the moment we walked it the door, nothing wad too much or a hassle, she was a genuinely nice and friendly person.Amazing selection of shoes which are fantasticly priced. Very pleasant experience, so thank you Jess.

I had to get school shoes for my 10 and 8 year olds. We were looked after by Jenny. She was very patient and helpful throughout what turned into a long time getting the right shoes. She was dedicated to getting the best fitting shoes and not just a sale. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. ?ood range of products but a little bit on the pricey side but worth the extra cost because you are buying good quality shoes.

I was served by Carol today in the St Austell branch. She suggested I could leave a review. 3 stars because she just served me. There was no friendliness and no smiles. She just got my shoe size and then did the till. The conversation was virtually zero which I found in a lot of shops in the same area today. A smile and a tiny bit of conversation would have gone a long way. Our Rushden Clark?s staff are fantastically helpful.
