I recently purchased a logitech G920 which didnt have a power cable and I bought a logitech shifter and it was poorly inspected as it was broken/ineffective. I went in and got the power cable but I shouldn't have to do that. Still waiting for a reply from CEX about the shifter issues.

I placed an online order and the staff had it ready for me in good time. The downside was a lot of discs were missing from a box set but they luckily noticed in plenty of time.
I bought something that wasn't on my order too, since it was early spotted with how well the displays were laid out.
Both of the PS1 games I bought were in amazing condition for their age.

I like going here since better than Plymouth one I traded bits in to get a switch oled Mario edition boxed in July the left joycons not working properly so had to spend £60 on a new pair in Argos absolute joke.
Also with the games especially switch games they are same price or £5 more than they are in Argos brand new which is ridiculous considering they are pre owned.
The stock barely any new stuff.
I took in some games to trade one was skate 2 for 360 the lady who served me put it in resurfacing machine and made the scratches a lot worse and is unplayable.
Needs staff that have more knowledge on gaming stuff since some ds games I have had residue on them so they said they were burnt when they aren?t and with pins said they were bent when I cleaned them and took them in another time the person gladly took them
Update 13/11/2024 I don?t want a replacement console I would like the joycons replaced or to compensate me for the fact I had to waste £60 on a new neon pair in Argos
