Just visited the Swansea store , staff were beyond helpful, and were very knowledgeable. Store was spotless and well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Very unhelpfully and abrupt. I found it was considerably cheaper driving to dulux in Truro, and the staff were really happy to help. You lost out on £400 ....

Wanted a suitable dulux paint for a bathroom they suggested soft sheen on reading the tin dulux recomend diamond coat so somebody doesn't know what they're doing

Didn't ask if I needed help, were more interested in each other . Shame really would have preferred to purchase from them but ended up buying online and dulux paint mixing in truro. They seemed happy staff but only with each other.

What a Brill service!! Can highly recommend. We had our house painted by a local painter, we asked for the colour so we could match to finish the job, the painter told us 'Wellbeing' which we ordered, it arrived totally the wrong colour!!! ? so we took the paint to brewers decorators St Austell and they couldn't have helped more, they tested the paint we had, Not wellbeing and no longer available!!!! ? but with their great help they managed to match as closely as possible and it looks great, nothing was too much trouble and they got us out of a hole, thank you
