The lady I spoke to on the phone in the pharmacy was so unbelievably helpful. She took the time to listen to my issue and genuinely tried to help. So grateful to her.

Staff at Pharmacy very patient and helpful. However the store looks very tired and a bit scruffy - the flooring is all scuffed , shelving is wonky and old , tired makeup displays and some of the lighting is not working , ceiling tiles missing - I don?t think the store had any proper refurbishment since the 1990?s . The staff seem very pleasant though .

Very sad, after collecting repeatprescriptions for 8 years.one assistant in pharmacy was extremely rude, raised her voice. Would no. listen to the fact I received text notification that prescriptions were in. Even showed her, she said they were not due, even though one was 11 days late. Pharmacist intervend. Could not understand why I had text generated by Boots. He kindly did prescriptions. However the assistant needs further training in customer service. I felt humiliated and upset at her disgraceful attitude.

Been into this boots pharmacy to collect prescriptions several times. I've had one good experience and this stood out as the server was helpful, articulate, not on her phone, super efficient and most of all didn't make customers feel like they were a nuisance. Obviously the other 20 odd times in there it has been the opposite. So one of your employees saved me from doing a 1 star rating. Poor in general

At St Austell Boots Hearing Care the young gentleman audiologist sorted out my hearing aid problem quickly and efficiently and with a smile. Full marks and thank you.

My husband was referred to this pharmacy by 111 to have a throat examination, possibly strep A test and antibiotics. After bypassing many other pharmacy?s he arrived to be told they didn?t have a consultation room. They do, but it was full of cardboard boxes and clearly being used as a store cupboard. Glass doors wouldn?t allow for privacy anyway so why they can?t just examine him in the store front I do not know. They advised he attend another pharmacy down the road who had a wait time of a couple of hours. Not great when you feel unwell, have already gone through 111 and could be infectious.I imagine they get some sort of funding for being able to do consultations which they aren?t doing.

Generally go to pick my prescriptions up, alot of the time there is a lengthy queue and a good 15 / 20 minute waite.

Boots it's self is fine, boots optician is a bit rubbish, very expensive and I didn't get the glasses I paid for.
