Covering mechanical repairs, MOT, servicing, vehicle maintenance advice, which I've utilised their services for.
I'm sure there's alot more services, including car hire, are available, a simple phone call would help answer any questions.

On a family holiday 360 miles from home, phoned multiple car hires, called Beech Motors at 3pm and he had 1 car available, collected the car within the hour, saved our holiday! Massive thank you!!

Please for your own sanity do not use this firm. I do not know what has happened to them over the past couple of years but the reception staff (one woman) makes Basil Faulty look like the head waiter at the Ritz, she has no customer handling skills at all, she is rude and unpleasant. She gave us a quote of £400 plus VAT then three days later charged us £721because there was a SPECIAL tint in the paint. No contact to inform us of the price rise just a fait accompli when we went to pick up the car. Had we been informed we would have definitely gone to another firm. We will never use Beech Motors again we have been left with a sour taste. Perhaps it was our fault, on previous visits the car park and the open area of the garage had been full and busy, on this occasion they were nearly empty with, apart from the "receptionist" little sign of any staff. The agreement was that a loner was refused but they would deliver my wife back home after she took the car in and then deliver the car back when the repair was done. One day late the "receptionist" rang to say "Your car is ready come and get it we will not be sticking to our agreement. Just get a bus one comes past your house and get off at. ???" Never again, I have never had such bad customer service in all my 82 years and having lived all over the world.

The worst experience I?ve ever paid money for? The most rude, genuinely unpleasant people I?ve ever dealt with in business.
I hired a van for 4 days. Paid in full in advance £550 over the phone incl deposit to ?secure? the vehicle.
Each interaction with the couple in the office was uncomfortable and unpleasant, seemed like they were nasty or just bitter old people.
Shocking disregard for their customers and can only imagine they?re a total nightmare to work for.
Oh, what kind of garage covers a trade van with cheap silicone spray on all black surfaces..like ice? and at 35k miles it was almost out of oil? I would have told you, if you hadn?t started spitting with rage when I pointed out I didn?t appreciate your bad attitude?lol
Total joke, not a business and for God sake get out of the office and hire someone who wants to work and can crack a smile or a pleasantry. Or just close?
Avoid like the plague, plenty of van hire garages locally who won?t offend you.
I?ll be back to get my deposit when I can be bothered to deal with you again.

Rude, rip off merchants. Faults are raised and supposedly fixed when they don't even exist. Cost is way over the top. Claimes that parts have been replaced when in fact they haven't been and the bill is then massive. Would never recommend this garage to anyone.

I only wish I could give this a negative rating! Phil Halliday is the rudest, crudest person I have ever dealt with. I tried to rent a car from this business and received nothing but a hassle. Run!

My dad just called to ask if he could get a mechanic to look at his car as he had broken down on the A30 and had green flag bring him home. Whoever answered the phone was rude and obnoxious and actually shouted at my dad down the phone then hung up on him. So rude!! How do you expect to get any customers with that attitude. Definitely wouldn?t recommend. Find a garage that knows what customers service is!!

I had a great experience when I needed a last minute car hire from Beech Motors. They were able to confirm my details over phone/email on Friday evening and had everything ready when I arrived on Saturday morning. Return was simple and straight forward and all the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout; including going above and beyond with a ride to the train station on our last day. Will be choosing to return to Beech Motors for our next car hire in the area for sure!
