Visited Asda yesterday, and had a harrowing experience with checkout woman, who I asked to help me use rewards voucher. She actually lost my voucher but insisted it was still on there. She made ne feel like an idiot in front of other shoppers. I went to customer services and a very nice helpful lady gave me a number to ring. When I got home, I rang and they confirmed that the voucher had been lost off my account and reimbursed me. After the experience at checkout, we decided to have a coffee. I ordered a flat white for my husband and a cappuccino for myself. Both coffees tasted like hot water with a little milk, think a coffee bean might have been pulled through it! Worst coffee ever!

The pharmacy team here are absolutely AWFUL.
They rarely answer the phone and become passive aggressive on the phone and in person for no apparent reason.
Avoid unless they are the ONLY option.

I went yesterday to collect my order after receiving an email to say the order was ready to collect only to be greeted with a sign on the machine to say it?s out of order. I then go to customer services only to be told that no one is available for parcel collections today! After asking to speak to a manager I?m then told there isn?t one! Why have a click and collect service if it?s broken! Even telephoned customer services to complain and was put through to the store even though I told them that I had already been told no one was available. My call was then cut off! This is the first time I?ve used this service so never again! Don?t even deserve a one star!

I used to shop in ASDA all the time but things have turned rather sour since I started going bald. For example, last week I could hear tittering and laughter coming from behind me. On turning around 5 customers were doing bald impressions and pointing. One member of staff seems to find it amusing to whisper the word 'Kojak' every time he walks past and a checkout lady, who shall remain nameless, won't stop staring at my male pattern baldness whilst giggling. It's upsetting. I still give you 5 stars for the quality for your hats.

Everything is quite crammed together so no more than 2 trolleys down an aisle otherwise you bump into people. Aside from that, perfect amount stock and a big George in there too

The most awful store ever, every week the same, carpark full of abandon trollies. shelves full of empty boxes, if you remove the empty box you may find the item hidden behind, you need to climb the shelves to retrieve an item at the back of the top shelve, you will no doubt need to remove an empty box first, you need to get on your knees and remove an empty box to again retrieve the item you are looking for at the very back of the shelve, chillers full of empty boxes, often empty boxes kicking around the floor, never seen anything like it in my life, this store must loose thousand's in revenue due to shoppers not being able to see the item they are looking for. extremely poor management. Furthermore if you need to phone the store you get redirected to a call-centre in India where advisor's cannot speak or understand English. I shopped at Aldi this week, saved about £30, shelves full, good quality food, friendly staff. No more shopping at Asda for me!

Good for clothes and household stuff.
Carpark is nice and big and loads of spaces.
Carpark has been redone recently.
Was really good untill they put those bloody speed bumps back in and they are aggressive!!!.
No need for them
