Wow 17 calls for someone to eventually answer the phone then to be told, should a doctor send over a prescription they want 3 days to then process it. What a joke!! Will be going elswhere in future.

Popped in for a prescription today for my son - It was sent to them over a week ago, Guess what not ready and had to still wait nearly an hour for it - They operate at a snails pace make everybody wait in line while they vanish out the back sometimes for 10 minutes - Service is shocking, Prescriptions are never ready, Even when they have had ample notice they make you wait in a long queue for about 40 minutes everytime and its still not ready!!!!!!!!!! Look at all the reviews all saying the same thing yet nothing has been done.

Seriously understaffed so your looking at a 3 day wait minimum stood in a queue. They will have your prescription but it will take another 40mins after you?ve queued for an hour to release it. God forbid you need medication on a weekday as frequently they cannot even produce a simple repeat prescription assigned by a doctor because ?no pharmacist wanted to pick up the shift? it?s not the staffs fault, probably higher management but being a local to this pharmacy I?m yet to have a straight forward or easy experience and absolutely dread having to collect from here.

They would be amazing if they answered the phone!

I have been a regular shopper at Asda for more years than I can remember. I have always been loyal supporter of this retail outlet and have lived all over the UK over the last 45 years and my weekly, monthly and Christmas shop has always been ASDA. I know that world stability causes many supply issues on everyday products but I have to say that Asda has become so expensive, how is this possible? Almost every other supermarket in the St Austell area is so much cheaper, have a wider product range and availability. I went to Asda this evening with a small list of requirements, 5 items to be precise and 3 of them were out of stock, ok, I get that this happens at times but it's all the time lately, not good enough. Anyway, I was looking for some specific items and found that not only had the location changed but also 50% of what used to be sold was no longer being sold. It's a worry to all of us I know, what with the cost of living etc and shopping is stressful at the best of times when you have to watch the pennies, moving sections at the drop of a hat just adds to the stress of shopping, so why do you do it? I collected the things that were available and proceeded to the checkout area and there were NO OPEN TILLS! If I didn't have a debit card and wanted to pay with cash I would not have been able to or if I could it would have been an inconvenience I would expect! IAM sorry to say, after 45 years of being loyal to ASDA it ends tonight. You have been poor over the last year, the store is not particularly that well run, always poor stock levels and no longer customer friendly. Whatever has happened to ASDA.

Tried ringing. They picked up the phone and put it straight back down. Very rude . And they have 2 tills but never anyone working. Not happy . Terrible service. Even has security guards to stop ppl cueing up. Ridiculous

Not fit for purpose, the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever been too. Always under staffed and the slowest place to get anything done.

When to pick up a prescription for my little boy this morning and it wasn't ready, even though it had been sent over the day before. Went back at 16:20 as I was informed that they close at 16:30 for break. Then a security guard stopped me from joining the queue at 16:20 and told me to come back at 17:00, though there was people queuing. I have always had problems with st.austell pharmacy with items not being available or long waiting. will not be returning.

The worst service ever! Never have I had to wait so long in a very long queue. Waited nearly an hour then told it wasn?t ready. Prescription was sent the night before. What on earth is going on!? The poor girl serving was run ragged trying to find prescriptions. Nearly all in the queue were told to come back later. You really need to sort this out Asda!

Would not recommend to anyone, waited for 30mins only to be told the soup offer for o.a.p.sWhich was advertised everywhere in cafe did?nt start until next day!So paid 11:00 for same food on offer then waited another 20 mins for soup but had to wait another 10 mins for staff to wash up 2spoons as no cutlery at stationClearly a shortage of staff, one lady on till and a young chap doing everything else! Will not be going here ever again.Did try and complain but was told cafe is contracted out ,not Asda responsability! No contractor manager there to complain!

We have used this branch of ASDA for click and collect and a delivery to our pitch at a campsite during a 10 day stay in the area, and I can?t fault them at all. Brilliant service and good products - ALTHOUGH short life span on milk, which is annoying.

Appalling service from the female Pharmacist yesterday evening. The lady who served me at the counter was very pleasant and trying to be helpful after I enquired if an over the counter medication was the same strength as I usually buy off the shelf instore. I mentioned it was recommended to be continued by a Colorectal Consultant Surgeon at Derriford I am currently under. The Pharmacist came out stating they couldn't sell it to me as the surgeon should be prescribing it! I told her that was not the case. I actually have a letter stating to continue with the medication regime I currently cccpurchase myself. Absolutely outrageous that a Pharmacist should be stating what a Surgeon should be doing! I shall be raising a complaint with the General Pharmacutical Council
