This Travelodge is clean but very outdated and really in need of a new design. Rooms clean but outdated. The location is convenient, nestled in the services next to Burger King and Subway, with Greggs just a couple of minutes? drive away, and it also offers free parking which is a big plus. The real highlight is the staff ? Lorna, Gavin, and Michelle on the front desk were excellent, and Sarah, one of the room assistants, was amazing, friendly, and polite. The staff are hard workers, always smiling, and go the extra mile: due to my food intolerances, they even kept a small bag in their fridge overnight ? now that?s special. They make the stay feel much warmer and more personal than you?d ever expect from a budget hotel.

We will not be returning to this Travelodge. One evening in the hotel car park I received a load of verbal abuse from a hotel employee who was parked in a disabled bay. The hotel manageress had no interest in my complaint. Both employees showed complete incompetence in the job.

Booked a family room for 3 nights. The location is great, nice and peaceful but at the same time, stone throw from fuel station, food courts and waitrose (if you need a quick shopping).
On our 2nd night, the toilet flush wasn't working properly but all thanks to the reception guy Gary, he quickly allocated another room for us. So quick shout out to Gary for making our stay lovely and convenient.

We've just come back from 3 nights at this Travelodge. The room was very clean and the fan had been switched on to cool the room which was a nice touch. We enjoyed comfortable quiet nights sleep. Gary on reception was lovely and very welcoming.

It's a more basic offering, being part of a small service station on the outskirts of Saltash.
The rooms are perfectly presentable and clean, but not up to the same standard as other Travelodge sites that are just better equipped overall.
No on site restaurant, but there is a Subway, Greggs and Burger King in the same building.
Within a short walk there is a retail park with Mc Donalds and a Costa, so it's possible to get a decent coffee.

Absolutely disgusting place, when you see some of the filthy people they allow to stay there I wouldn't even consider getting a room there - I'd rather sleep on a park bench!!!

The general appearance on the outside shows a place that is run down and unkept, food rubbish on the pavement, car park and round the bins. Lots of weeds that are 3ft tall. Fabric of building needs maintenance and some paint. Room very tired, cover on chair damaged, furniture chipped and grimy. Bed was comfortable though.

Great location, it?s literally a service station with Burger King and subway. Not too far from a small retail park. No road noise, very basic room but for a one off night it was ok

Best ever Travelodge room, on a corner and really large. Only thing was the bed had a roll to the middle.
