Drove 30 minutes only to be rudely told ?closed? on arrival it was 10:30am and the operative was clearly just stacking the ad blue container and couldn?t be bothered to serve people at the same time there?s a BP garage local recommend visiting that garage to save any disappointment.

It's a nice ship but they have the most expensive fuel in the areas. It's over 10p more expensive than others per liter.

Visited petrol station yesterday 19/06/24 and I?ve tried to put some petrol in but it wasn?t working the lady was just waving her hands in a window so I though she was trying to tell me to use different number, started my car and moved to the different number still the same problem went into the shop to ask if they had any petrol but lady ( Kamala ) was rude and patronising saying ?I though you were on your phone I will press now so you can have some petrol!? for first I was not on my phone and you can check your cctv, for second would be nice if she would of come to see me and ask instead of waving her hands in a window and for third staff should not be raising voice at anyone Very rude never experienced that with different staff and I usually visit once or twice a week but will consider using different petrol station in a future.

Called in at the A38, Trerulefoot Shell ?Service? Station for air where the machine gobbled my money but didn?t work. The staff didn?t give a hoot and told me that I?d have to wait for help. After using cash and then my card, one of the guys finally came out saying ?I don?t have money? use the card again to test the machine. Then the genius told me ?the machine doesn?t work? without a hint of apology. Back inside the shop I only got refunded for the coins having used cash once and the card twice. The sour woman that refunded the coins said that the card wouldn?t be charged [my bank statement shows that it was debited] and spoke to me like I was trying to do her out of money. I?m not as upset about the transactions as I am about the feckless attitudes of the 3 staff.

Shell Garage. Unfriendly, rude young man at the till, questioned my receipt and was spoken to rudely as if i was stupid, no need for that attitude.
