Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Thomas Kevern from Saltash Fox and Sons, who has been helping my mum with her new rental. From initial contact to arrange a viewing until getting the keys has only taken 7 working days.Tom has always delivered service with a smile and has taken the time to explain each step of the process to my mum. Can?t recommend his thoughtfulness and generosity of time enough as he made us feel very welcomed and assured every step of the way, in what has been a difficult move. She?s thrilled with her new home. Thank you.

From the initial viewing right through to completion the Saltash team have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble with the team, in particular Ryan, Rebecca and Indiana stepping in to help unnecessary delays and resolve queries promptly between parties. Could not of asked for a better team to help us find a property. Our old landlord was selling up after 10 years renting from him we were in shock, we went to other estate agents and found them rude and dismissive. However a phone call to Kate and some kind words made us feel so relaxed, we viewed a property and Kate helped is through the whole process with absolutely no drama. Would highly highly recommend.Professional, friendly, kind and nothing is to much effort for them.Thank you so much.

The best team you could wish for and Rebecca Luke is an amazing lady. As elderly people we found the first house sale in 50 years most daunting and without her to go to at every turn we would never have gotten through it. All so friendly, I feel we have made new friends.

Had a viewing at a property near Liskeard Cornwall.We were met by Indie at the property who was waiting for us. Indie was very professional and had all the answer?s before we could ask the questions.Extremely knowledgeable about the property she was showing and very friendly

A total waste of time and effort.We offered £10000 over the asking price and we're told that the vendor wanted more.The ASA used to have rules about this sort of action.Why advertise for a price less than your client wants?

As a landlord who has a very busy life, Tom & Kate take great care of my properties as well as take the lead in resolving any issues should they arise! Every tenant I've received through Fox & Sons have been great to have in my property and thats all because of Tom & Kates great work!

Just completed a letting with Fox & Sons, the whole process was excellent from start to finish with Kate & Tom in Saltash. Supplied us with every bit of information we needed, helped us sort insurance, electric, gas and more. Definitely went above and beyond for us. The letting team at Fox and Sons were excellent and very helpful. Tom showed me around the flat with the landlord and Kate sorted the admin. All very efficient - they completed the paperwork and checks and I had the keys to the flat and moved in within 1 week. Thanks.
