Always a queue as they service is unbelievably slow. Only ever 1 person on the counter.
I avoid ECP unless all the other factors dont have it in and its urgent.

Claire & crew are always helpful & happy to help. Any issues with parts are sorted within minutes, not that I have had many issues with parts. Those that I have had have been out of their control but they still act swiftly to sort out any issues. Good on price not the cheapest BUT the quality in parts for a couple of extra £ is a no brainer!

So, Euro Car Parts in launceston were utterly awful, but, read on.
Went to purchase a karcher k2 kit from the launceston branch on Saturday, just an absolute joke, even though we had checked and the one we wanted was available, when we arrived to pick it up, they couldn't find it. So, while we were there we needed a set of wipers for our car, even after the guy on the counter came outside to check the wipers that were on the vehicle, he gave us a set where one was too small and the other was too big. I had actually mentioned to the guy that I thought they were wrong, and he just informed me they are correct. So, went home to fit them, and, instead of us having a 24 inch and a 16 inch, he gave us 2 20 inch blades, not even close, he didn't even give us a receipt.
So today, Monday, went to the Saltash branch. Bear in mind, no receipt, we were lucky enough to speak to Emma, what a star she is. She did her best to sort out the wipers, and managed to finally get the stubborn computer to do what it should have been doing. And, they had the karcher waiting for us on our arrival. Talk about a massive difference in staff. Emma was attentive, helpful, and she went above and being to sort us out. Personally I will not be using launceston euro car parts again and will go to the saltash branch from now on.

Literally the worst supplier of parts I've ever used, please avoid if you want the correct parts and if you want parts that'll last....had a new engine off them that lasted 700miles...when I raised a warranty claim they closed my account
