Booked to have a window fitted in place of an existing door. At the time of booking we explained that we would be keeping the door as it was only a few years old and in perfect condition. This was acknowledged as what was going to happen. The fitter arrived and fitted the window however he decided to take the existing door, without permission he loaded our properly into his van and removed it. We contacted the company and explained this and were told the door would be returned. I?ve sent messages via the website and heard absolutely nothing back. Luckily we have CCTV of the incident! This was back in August and still our door has not been returned we are fed up and frustrated. Shocking service, absolutely do not recommend

Smashing, great! Ross and Lewis from the company came to fit new sliding patio doors in our place in Looe with bad accessibility and nowhere to park. Fantastic job.

Helpful, reasonably priced and quick delivery. Would have been a five but a piece of guttering and a piece of downpipe had damaged ends. Didn't notice till I was about to fit them so just had to make do.
