First and only delivery - underweight scallops, poor explanation and no action. Won't be using this company again Refund after some back and forth emails but I stand by my decision not to use again

I ordered 4 portions of king crab claws, but I ended up with 4 portions of crab legs, thin spindly things with hardly any meat in them. Absolute rip off the XL prawns are not XL at all they are just standard size prawns and it cost me nearly £40 for 11 very standard prawns I will not be going here again an absolute rip off as I stated first off,
