We have a small apartment and we searched for the right furniture for a long time. Returning again and again to Jo & Co because of the sofa choices, styles and stunning fabrics. We finally settled on an Amelie sofa in blue velvet and an Oakham chair in orange. We couldn't be happier with them - so comfortable and stylish. And the shopping and delivery experience was exceptional. Thank you ??

We recently took delivery of our Lily Shuffle corner sofa and could not be more delighted with it. Whatsmore, it has received many admiring glances from our friends. However, even better than our fabulous sofa was the customer care service given by Ben. Surely he should win the prize for outstanding customer service?Thank you Ben for your patience and assistance in ensuring we ended up with a great sofa.

Today myself and my husband visited Jo & Co ?. I was made to feel that I wasn?t ?wealthy enough? to be in the store ! I have made many purchases from this shop in the past , never again !The lady that served us was rude & judgemental? !

We bought a sofa from Jo?s Home and unfortunately there was an issue. Ben went above and beyond to resolve - now all done and looking fabulous again. Ben was so helpful and looked after us brilliantly - so thank you very much Ben!!!

We are so delighted with our new Lily Shuffle Corner sofa. It is absolutely stunning, so comfortable and really sets off the living room. Everyone who has visited has commented on it. We also cannot thank Ben enough for looking after us so well. He went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be back to Jo & Co in the future ?

Just to add to all the other 5 * reviews, I wanted to say how delighted we are with our new sofa. The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and stress free. Yes, a long wait from order to delivery, but Ben was completely transparent about that up front and once ready, the delivery was very straightforward and efficient. The shop itself is such a nice place to visit and Ben is one of the most customer focussed and friendly people you could hope to meet. I couldn?t recommend the sofas and the service highly enough. Thank you Jo and Co.

I have three sofas from Jo & Co and from the first visit to the showroom the service was exemplary. Ben was knowledgable, helpful and patient and once we had placed our order, kept us informed about progress and delivery. The sofas arrived on schedule and are beautifully made. This shop is a joy if you are able to visit. Beautiful well chosen furniture and soft furnishings with fab coffee and food next door at Strong Adolphos. This is the first time I?ve ever felt compelled to write a review. We ordered a lovely comfy corner sofa recently and I have to say Ben gave us the best customer service we?ve ever experienced. He is exceptional. Knows his products inside out!and is so helpful and efficient. He personally delivered and set up the sofa for us. Ten out of ten from start to finish.

From the start this has been a five star experience. Ben at Jo & Co Home was hugely helpful without being pushy, we spotted a sofa immediately and after a couple of months wait it was delivered by two nice men keen to get it just right for us and it is perfect. We love it and are thrilled after years of searching and almost buying from Loaf. The Lilly shuffle corner sofa, in mountain flax linen looks beautiful. Thank you, Ben!

I absolutely love this place and my new sofa I ordered there is amazing! Special credit goes to Ben who helped us immensely with our choices (I love how you can pick and choose colours, textures and shapes so you make your sofa totally bespoke!). I also cant thank Ben enough for his immense skill (and strength!) in delivering our sofa into our very crooked and many stair-ed house, on what was probably the hottest day of the year! Ben is the most helpful lovely person to deal with and he couldn't do enough to make this whole experience a truly fabulous one! I'm so glad we went with this small, local company instead of the bigger sofa companies and I really urge everyone to choose and support them too.
