Went in to get a watch battery changed and a wrist strap reduced in length. Staff member was very professional and helpful.\\nMakes a change these days!\\nHighly recommended.

I took my watch in for repair. The man barely looked up from his paperwork.I told him the problem and asked if it just needed a battery. He told me (while still thumbing through his paperwork) that the watch is dead and nothing can be done.I went home and after a fair bit of googling, I found a way to reset the watch.So the man had no manners, and no knowledge.I?ve just been in to tell him, so he doesn?t tell all his customers to throw their watches away, and surprise surprise, he didn?t even remember my face!
