Lovely staff but.....They NEVER EVER Answer the phones.There seems to be on average a 30minsto an hour wait for a walk in prescription but can't call a head to check if the prescription has been received and or find out a good time to collect as they NEVER EVER Answer the phones. I walk from camborne to pool to then wait up to an hour while they get it ready of they even have it in stock, all of which could be avoided if they Answered the phones.So frustrating and inconvient

Dreadful level of customer service and a bad attitude!! I paid for a prescription a few weeks ago in which the pharmacist gave me an I owe you note because they didn't have enough of the medication. So what they owed me was paid for. My partner called in today to collect the remaining prescription in which the pharmacist said no you can't have it because your two days out of your collection time. No where on the I owe you note did it specify a deadline or time. So my partner then said but it's paid for in which the pharmacist said well I'm afraid you can't have it. My partner then specified that it has been paid for again and that nowhere does it specify a collection date of time. A que.of people and my partner being made to feel disrespectful bybthe appalling attitude of the pharmacist. In the end the pharmacist went to the managing pharmacist and he said to just order another one for me. If she had done this in the first place this would have saved the embarrassment and bad attitude of level of customer service. To treat customers that badly is disgusting especially when goods have been paid for and nowhere on the inowe you note is a deadline date. Shame on you!

Super friendly stuff fast and efficient and even though they're working incredibly in hard times they'll help you in any way they can.

15 minute wait to talk to anyone followed by an hour to get a prescription. I should have driven to Hayle and gone to Boots. This really is the pharmacy of last resort.

Asked to speak to the phamacist privately and after a very long wait was consulted in full view of at least ten people waiting in the queue about six feet away. Very unprofessional! Should have a private consultation room.

Fed up receiving text to say "Your prescription is ready for collection"Sadly it never is, you always have a 10 or 15 minutes to 'walk around the store' (some might say shop) while you wait. Great advice throughout the pandemic to people picking up prescriptions because they are Ill. Go mingle unnecessarily and hopefully you'll buy something else.The text is a lie and needs the wording changed at least to 'arrived at the pharmacy'. Last night despite a message saying ready for collection, they didnt even have items in stock.
