Had my eye check on 28th April?finally got my second pair of varifocals today (29th July- 3 months later)
I popped in about a month ago to see if my second pair were done and I was told it would be around two weeks, so I said I?ll pop in then to which the attendant said it may take longer can I have your phone number and we will let you know when they come in for a fitting?
No phone calls to say they were ready?miscommunication in the diary where I saw the attendant put my name and number in?
I phoned up yesterday and asked if they were in and apparently they?d been there a while but they wouldn?t have phoned to let me know?
so got the fitting done today. Staff nice enough.
Anyhow 3months to get both sets of glasses?I?ll probably go elsewhere if I need anymore

Assistant who helped to choose my frames was excellent in her observational skills , ie. Shape, size, colour of frames. Listened to my preferences, but actually her suggestions were best. Trust them, they are trained

Where do I start I ordered and paid a lot of money in advance which annoyed me because you don?t yet have any thing I would prefer to pay a deposit or part payment. I came in to pick up my glasses after waiting ten days one pair was ok the second pair not what I order so I would not accept them so they sent them off to be replaced as I had ordered to have them done .three weeks later and I still haven?t received my glasses I rang to find out what was going on apparently they are ready but nobody bothered to tell me so it has now been nearly five weeks twice I have had inexperienced not fully qualified staff each time i have spent approximately two and half hours on my appointments even when I have a pair of glasses fitted so I am going this week to pick up my second pair of glasses we will see how long it takes this time and when I am presented with I don?t hold out to much hope would not recommend and won?t be going again very poor customer care and some of the staff are very rude. Accompanied my partner for eye test . We were welcomed and shown the waiting area. As I waited more people arrived and were greeted warmly and taken for tests. We were then handed to Jemma to sort out the frames etc. She was so very helpful helping us choose and then working out the prices for the best options nice lady would give her 11 out of 10

The testing and examination of my 80 year old eyesight was extremely thorough and though I did not need new lenses the reassurance that my eyes were healthy was well received.
