Poor customer service. Needed to return a parcel using Evri, unfortunately box had been damaged due to rain but Amazon instructions clearly stated no packaging required so went to return item in its original box but not outer packaging. Counter assistant very rude told me couldn't return and once I insisted it did not need a box she shrugged and said fine but not our fault if gets lost. Scanning machine was grubby and would not scan, I also felt quite concerned that my parcel was very likely to get lost if I continued. Decided to leave and went to store in St Day where the lady couldn't have been more helpful and agreed I did not need any additional packaging. It really doesn't take a lot of effort to be kind and helpful.
