Went to watch a movie in screen 7 last night. Could hardly hear what they were saying and had to concentrate. They need the volume up a bit cause watching Lee last night with the outside noise of traffic and the over head projector behind us was distracting. I appreciate the room is above the bar but when the bar can be heard over the movie it's problematic. Please turn the volume up a bit in this screen. It doesn't compare to the other rooms when you watch a film.

Delighted with the level of customer service we received from Sue today, we brought our 2 toddlers with us and asked if it was possible to view one of the rooms with them as we weren't sure how they would react to a large dimmed cinema room. Sue gave us a tour of room 3 and the children ended up being fine with the surroundings, we ended up booking a film for the following day. Thank you Sue, we appreciate you taking time to give top notch customer service, we will definitely be visiting regularly because of this.

The seats are the most uncomfortable. We both spent 80% of the movie slipping down as they seemed broken and tilted forward, and with nowhere for leg space, it was a terrible experience. This was upstairs at the front , avoiding in future ?

Reasonable cinema, comfortable seats and screen sizes are fine. If you pre book be aware you still queue for the ticket and are charged an admin fee, which is not great. Banisters are all sticky so not the cleanest of venues. Prices are decent.

Alex was exceptionally helpful. This was my first time booking online with Merlin to see Deadpool vs Wolverine and I didn?t realise there was a drop down menu for the location.
So the super duper premier box for 2 people sat empty as I toddled over the road to Weston-super-Mare Plaza cinema only to discover we had no reservation.
Today I called Alex and he went above and beyond to help me there and then.
Outstanding customer service thank you Merlin for choosing wonderful people to serve the confused general public of Somerset.

Thank you regal cinema and restaurant staff for helping celebrate my sons 9th bday today. He loves films so what better way to spend it then to go to the cinema on national cinema day. Food was lovely, the children were treated to a complimentary party bag before the meal. We then watched inside out 2,lovely clean and comfortable screens and helpful staff. Regal cinema we love you x
