I?ve just been on the phone waiting for 43 minutes, only when finally picked by a receptionist, to be told that I need to send an email to them. I only wanted to know the price of a ECG test for outpatients. What a waste of my time. Nearly an hour!!! Shouldn?t receptionists have this kind of info at hand? At the end of the day this is one of the services they provide, and is paying. I don?t think I?ll use their services after this

Klinik communication works really well to triage non urgent health concerns. I have recieved advice and medication reviews/actions via text when appropriate. I have also had appropriate telephone consultations within a good time frame.I had a face to face appointment recently. I received a text reminder prior. Appointment was on time. Received good care and advice from Dr Wiltshire. Referral done and medications sent swiftly to my online dispenser (pharmacy2u).I would recommend carn to coast. I have had no issues with them. Very helpful.

Clean, tidy. Bit of a wait. A good consultation with plenty of information given. Further apts to be made. A longer wait for people trying to speak to reception.

This isn?t my own experience but my partner is a patient here, she?s called them and told them she has problems with something and it needs to be sorted out and they?re not calling her back till a MONTH later, also she has an ear infection and they have done basically nothing about it, do not recommend this centre.

just moved to the area, spend most of my days regularly in large amounts of pain, signed up with them weeks ago, been trying to get my prescription for nearly a week now, sleepless nights and whole days spent jn bed because I'm struggling to move, was assured my prescription would be signed off last night, still not done this morning, just not good enough!

Did the doctors form online and with un 5 minutes hade a appointment with Dr travail turn up for the appointment really helpfull and really great work fantastic staff and great help\\nThank you again

This used to be the GP to sign up it's just going downhill the staff are quite frankly hostile from the start even if you're just trying to get information. The gatekeepers on the phone are the worst I had one hang up on me as he said I'll just check with my team leader and if you need an appointment be prepared for a thorough grilling. As for the GPs they're excellent at texting you so if you need proper hands on diagnosis go elsewhere.

Diabolical service. Treating adults poorly is one thing but refusing to a child with private part issues and insisting we send photos of her private parts. Shocking service. Avoid if you care about your child.

Appalling drs. Don?t register here. Can never get an appointment and you queue hours on the phone only to get through to be told to fill in online to not get an appointment. Refused to do an appointment over the phone even though I?d got through.

I suffered a miscarriage in early July and contact my GP due to pelvic pain and concerns about my mental health. I was told I would receive a phone call 25 August, more than a month later. I submitted another online request saying the wait was inadequate and detrimental to my mental health. I received a text to say 25 August is the earliest they could manage. I've had a flair up of what I think is Eczema on my leg. I've been given prescriptions but have never actually seen a doctor face to face. The skin is still very sore and not healing. Contact from the doctor has been through a text where you are expected to click on a link, submit more photos and type up an update on your condition. The huge reluctance to see people face to face is not shared with other GP surgeries. I feel totally let down by Carn to Coast.
