Ran out of my Puppy's food a day before the end of our holiday. Thought I'd see how Camborne PAH compares to the stores back home! Clean and tidy! Friendly knowledgeable staff. All the items I required were in stock! Excellent discounts from My PAH VIP card! Long ques but moved quickly by attentative staff.

Just a note to say thank you to Matt for all your help when we needed a pet crate urgently for our injured cat Arlo late last Tuesday night .. when you answered the phone to our panicky questions you were immediately calm and helpful, reassuring and full of suggestions. We had already spoken to your Truro branch who were also very helpful but didn't have the right crate in stock, they recommended you and after talking to you my husband came over and we collected the crate. You even wanted to see a photo of Arlo.. who is now recovering well. Thank you so much Matt.. Pets at Home were there when we really needed them and we won't forget it. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service, I picked up the wrong dog food, opened the bag and gave my dogs a portioned, they flatley refused to eat it! I had heard that Royal Canine did a palatability scheme, so thought I would check with the store! Mat the Assistant manager at our local Camborne store was so helpful they did not support the scheme but agreed to give a full refund so that we could get the right dog food! I did not expect that!! Thank you so much you really helped me out of the bad books with the wife ??
