Called in on our way home to the NW from Hayle. (Apologies but the lovely young lady who served us was telling us about people getting her name wrong and calling her Brenda when I think it was more like Grenda??I'm sure she'll know who she is now) She was brilliant. Her customer service skills were amazing. We were buying 2 extra large beds and she helped us save money through the App. Her patience and mannerisms were wonderful. Thank you so much. You were a delight to talk to.

An emergency stop as wickett had chewed through his car harness,plenty of options and choice for a replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Treats for our two dogs at the till.

Went to pets at home camborne today because I was told on the phone that they had one female Syrian hamster that I wanted to purchase for my grandson. We live half an hour away. I went to the store and asked if I could pay for the hamster now and then come back in half an hour and take it home as I also needed to do some shopping and as they only had one female hamster I wanted to make sure I didn't miss it. The lady who served me and apparently one of the managers was most unhelpful and absolutely did not allow me to pay and then come back and collect the hamster. She forced me to purchase the hamster, return home and then make another journey out again. I find this attitude most remarkably unhelpful and deliberately obstructive and will avoid this store from now on despite having quite a few animals to feed and look after.

Today I came in to pick up some accessories and a cage for our gerbil. The team was super informative as well as really polite. One member of staff with red, long hair (I'm sorry - I don't remember his name!) was really informative and helped us pick out the perfect cage. Kerenza at the tills was also awesome and helped us to put our items in the car. If you're looking for a local store for all of your pet needs, I definitely recommend Camborne pets at home. Great team, keep it up :)
