Took my car in for diagnostics and repair?. Got given a courtesy car only for it to not start and have the engine management light come on with no way of contacting anyone over the weekend to sort this issue. So my weekend plans have been ruined yet again! Why give out a car if it?s not fit for purpose?!

Would leave 0 stars if that were possible! Nothing more than a bunch of cowboys claiming to have done work on my car which I have then paid for only for it to break later on and guess why? Because the work had never been done! Avoid at all cost! Plenty of other decent garages around with morals!

Very pleased with service. The biggest commercial (Vans etc) Mercedes Benz dealership in Wales spent 8 hours trying to change my seized / clunking engine mount on my Viano. 2 independent garages in Wales / Cornwall then failed to remove it and gave up. I was staying in Globe Vale caravan site near North Country Garage so gave them a try. They had it changed and two new ones fitted in a few hours. Vehicle has been noise free for 6 weeks so very pleased with the service and £1000 cheaper than the Benz dealership. I am not 100% sure of the engineer name, may be Jordan...

I've had several mots and work carried out on my car here and have never had a problem until today. Booked my car in at 10:30, dropped it off just before to then be told all mechanics are on a job and cant look at it until 3.5 hours later, annoyed but accepted it and left my car there all day, 4.5 hours later I rang to see if any updates, 10 minutes later get a phone call to say the problem isn't what they think it is and they can't look at it for another 2 weeks because they don't have the time. I appreciate mechanic's are busy but why book and accept a job in if you can't look at it for hours especially when it took them 10 minutes to find the fault. No care, appreciation or customer service and just came across like they didn't care. Never mind leaving my car in the most unsafe place leaving me to reverse out onto a blind main road when I have a young child. I'll take my custom and money to someone who does care.

Rip off garage more like it. When we took vehicles here always needed work so changed garages and now rarely need work plus a better service.
