We use Newell's regularly, they have always been very friendly and helpful. We recently booked a holiday but on receiving the tickets found out that the pool was being re tiled. Both Dan and Jenna went out of their way to help us change the hotel, which was a good move as we had a great holiday. We will be returning to Newell's again.

Jenna at Newells Redruth arranged a 10 day family holiday for us flying from Bristol to Gran Canary. We stayed at the Radisson Blu resort at arguinigan. We travelled with Jet2. We parked and were through security and in the departure lounge enjoying a beer within half hour. The flight was great. As for the hotel, fantastic. A mixture of brits, German and Norwegian guests. The hotel room, we had one bed junior suite was amazing. Well equipped and a good size. All rooms have a balcony with sea view. Some have jacuzzi on the balcony, it?s a bath really with jets. We had breakfast included. This is served until 11am. Yes you can get your fry up but even better is the choice of breads, cereals, fruit, fish, meats, nuts, drinks you can even ask for an omelette with your choice of filling. There?s no rush to grab a sun lounger, reserving them is frowned upon but you don?t need to. We would have a cheeky swim in the secluded bay right outside the hotel before breakfast. Then at 11 ish we would go poolside where there were plenty of loungers to choose from. You can order food and drinks to be brought to you by the wonderful staff. The cocktails are fantastic. A ten minute walk to the anfi complex has some great restaurants. Ten minutes in a taxi, 5 euros, and you are in peurto Rico. Plenty of places to eat and according to the staff, who will badger you, they are all the best place. You can get your holiday tat and duty free here too. Loads of genuine fakes to choose from. We went on the Afrikat excursion. We opted for afternoon trip. The catamaran is amazing. Staff are really friendly. Good food and all the drink you want. Not a booze cruise, more chilled. Only about 40 on the boat. You can make the most of discounted water sports including jet ski, 30 euros each and parasailing for 20 euros each. Live music. All in all a great 10 days away arranged by Jenna who is the most knowledgeable and helpful, thankyou.
