Me and my friends visit the cafe twice a week after swimming because it is very affordable especially with the deals and it is a really nice atmosphere. Service is good especially if Emma is working, she is amazing so friendly and helpful and always a joy to see there. If any member of staff deserved praise she certainly does?I hope she is valued by the store for her bright and friendly personality because she deserves to be recognised.

Good quality fuel but not the cheapest. Worth it though. Garage has a shop so no need to go into supermarket for some essentials. Serve Costa via machine

I recently complained about the lack of gluten free products in the Pool Morrisons freezer cabinet and I'm pleased to say that it has been addressed by the store and there was plenty of choice today. So thank you.

They have reorganised and all looks clean and new. It's taking me a while to adjust to the new layout as it is clearly set up to sell more. I preferred being able to walk along the middle of the store, but now it is a long isle trek.

Had lunch in cafe today scampi was very nice great quailty & piping hot, peas were hot but the chips were stone cold , on both meals...they should ensure chips are hot....disappointing really as meals are great value

Not bad but I think it's got dearer now. Just been back today (sunday) and alot of the shelves were ether empty or not much stock there! and yep the prices have gone up again! :-( on the plus side the staff were happy and polite! :-)
