Absolutely awful, waited over and hour just to have them cancel the order, the order was expected at 19:25 (19:55 latest) they kept changing the arrival time as late as 20:47, and then they cancelled the order at 20:15!

Called in 8:30 Sunday morning. It was really quiet but it still took about 10 mins for the order to come through and one of the hash browns was cold but they replaced quickly. The whole place was freezing due to the Aircon so we had to get coats from the car. Why are all McDonald's so damn cold?

Probably the worst franchise in existence. Add to that this food is now as expensive as a restaurant you're better off elsewhere. It's not even fast anymore either. Save your money and buy local.

To ginger lad handing out the food in the window a smile would be nice not even a hello. Forgot our sauces and then proceeded to ignore us when we were asking for them. I used to work in a McDonald?s and the way we got treated then was CRAZY. Sort ya staff out you tarts!

Very long wait to give order tho drive tho ..paid for items ghen asked to wait in waiting bay for food to be prepared 10min wait total time wasted was 22mins ..bloody ridiculous

The fries are usually terrible at this McDs....cold and undetsalted. Also, they forget your dips 50% of the time, so do check before your drive off.

It's reliable. The food is what it is, the prices are what they are, and the service time is as expected. I visit at least 2x weekly and know what I like.

Every time I order from this place through anywhere I face tons of issues from missing items to getting the order wrong but out of all of them this is the worst. I ordered some mayo chickens and the come drowning in ketchup like they've been left in a pool of it for a week and then served. How can you be proud of the work you do when you serve food in awful quality like this? Train your staff better or just get new employees who actually care about the job even a little bit
