Bad experience. Waited ages in a queue. Had to leave my basket and walk out. This was a problem in the past with Lidl but everywhere else Ive been its now sorted. Shame I had to go elsewhere today. Would be great for future visits and other customers if management addressed this. Hopefully it was just a one off.

Excellent store, quite small but has most things that I need. High quality products at great prices, super tasty foods too! Love LIDL! Only problem is the checkouts, I always find myself waiting in queues just to pay for a few things. And this store always seems to only have one checkout out which is bad especially when there lots of people all gathered at one checkout.

Standard Lidl store. When we went till 2 was closing, which was disappointing but the mood was lifted when till 4 was opened soon after. Phew!

Have shopped here many times and although the prices are very good, I find the shop in Pool Cornwall is very low on stock most of the times.Would love to have a bigger store with more choice and stock.Compared to stores in other areas, especially up north and bigger places, the store is quite disappointing

Without tanoy notice or a member of staff to notify shoppers that shop was closing. Myself and another gentleman were called out to up the aisle that shop was closed and "told" to take goods to till without a please or thank you. Very rude young lady. I will certainly not be shopping in that branch again..Shocking way to speak to your customers.

Convenient and clean and tidy. Only a small Lidl so obviously not the range of the larger stores.

I wanted to start buying work lunch from here everyday instead of Morrisons but there are no vegan options here whatsoever. I suggest stocking falafel wraps and/or Quorn ham/chicken. You'd have a new daily customer for sure.
