This centre is very well run. Staff are courteous. Work required is explained well, with clarity on price and timescale. Frankly I'd recommend these guys.

My neighbour had a flat on a Sunday, ideal. I got the car jacked, chucked the wheel in my car and took it to these guys. I only had my emergency jack so I wasn't particularly keen on leaving it long, these guys understood the urgency and within 15 minutes I had it done.

Recently went to Kwik Fit for a 'free' brake check with concerns about my handbrake. The guys were great, cleaned and checked everything, gave advice and it was all absolutely free.
We have used Kwik fit in the past for servicing and mot. Can't fault the service here. Thank you again

Rolled in on my space saver at 1pm on a Saturday, by 1:30 I was back on the road. Excellent service from KwikFit, Jarryd and Bailey in particular.

The Manager refused to rectify issues caused by the supply or fitting of dangerous parts
I bought 4 tyres 2 months ago which were fitted by this organisation. Yesterday one tyre failed, the beading on the tyre, inside the wheel rim was damaged and the tyre came away from the wheel rim. The Kwik Fit guy in Truro said the damage resulted from poor manufacture of bad fitting, however the manager refused to replace the dangerous item his team had fitted and I was forced to purchase a new tyre to get home.
However the next day the manager at tedruth contacted me to apologise for the service I had received and refunded me for the cost if tyre

Took a hour to change 1 tire and then never cleaned it after, rummaging through my car for a locking nut when they could have just asked me, not worn gloves while in my car and got black marks everywhere, shocking service

When I arrived it came up in conversation that the guys were terribly under staffed that day but Jared and his team went above and beyond to both make me feel welcome and to carry out the work on the car despite it not wanting to play ball on some occasions, I couldn?t recommend these guys enough

Big thanks Jarryd of Kwik Fit Redruth, my daughter is a newly qualified driver and had a flat tire, Jarryd Helped her without making her feel like a novice driver, and went above and beyond to help. We have used this branch before and always felt very valued and important as a customer.
