Was stood at the desk for 15 mins. Everyone walked me and I had to ask to be served. Just wanted some sauce. Women who was bagging up was shouting at the chefs. Just so slow. Like painfully slow I was tempted to go be-hide the desk and just serve myself

New staff, it would be rated higher if they listened instead of trying to act cool, four times I reapeated my order and it was still wrong, I'm normally quite patient calm but only ordered two items plus a lot of, now this is where my PC comes in to it, oops sorry if it offends, I don't care , free speech is only acceptable until someone takes offence but kids nowadays or I should say some of them can't seem to communicate with people maybe this was the reason

Again great fresh chicken, not all dry and overcooked like some are,I was very impressed about the short time i waited even though they were very busy.!

Put in a Just Eat order, it never arrived. Tried calling the restaurant several times but no one answered.
Just Eat website just said "Driver at Restaurant" for 2 hours!

*Have updated my review because of the response from the business owner...Not sure what is meant by, 'the parking not being up to my satisfaction' sadly the response didn't answer any of my points. I never once talked about parking as we went inside. Again this would appear to highlight the same symptoms the staff are having I'll leave you to decide what problems that is but really this is not good.
I've never thought of rating atmosphere for a fast restaurant, but my goodness the feeling when you go in here is oppressive. All heads were down, the actions were very slow and laboured.
The food was crushed in it's box. It took an absolute age to arrive. By the time the chips were cooked the burger was cooling down. When I tried to bite into it the three small pieces of lettuce were displaced by the half bottle of mayonnaise. This was a real shame as it was supposed to be a spicy burger but so much mayo smashed the spicy out of it. The piece of chicken in the side was more like a wing that a drum stick.
Something needs sorting. They definitely need retraining. An absolute let down

Prioritise delivery services over in store customers , you will be waiting a long time if you order in store , and never has gravy

Chaotic during busy times. Staff need New clothes and a wash. Typical KFC. Food poorly packed and presented.
Parking: Shared with the coffee shop. Can get very busy in peak periods.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat carpark and access.

If your looking for really tasty fresh chicken an Great service...then don't bother going.
Soggy sweaty greasy food...chips seem like they are boiled in luke warm oil an always hard on the inside. Staff are incompetent rude and unattentive. Avoid at all costs
