I wish I had read other reviews before coming here today. My wife has had her car 'washed' today for £13 only to be met with rude staff and a car that remains just as dirty than before it went in. The car has a sticky substance all over, making it look a bit grubby.
The impolite staff in question just wanted to rush the car through instead of offering a good quality customer service.
If I could give a zero rating I would.
The wind and rain could do a better job.
I implore everyone to avoid this poor excuse for a car wash

Upon queuing for the car wash, there was a car being pressure washed, 1 car infront of me waiting, and 3 other cars behind me. The car that was pressure washed went through, and instead of the worker carrying on car by car, he stopped to take payment from everybody first. Leaving the car infront waiting. My guess is he knew it would take a while and didn't want anyone to leave.
I asked for, and paid for, a diamond wax. Whilst going through the car wash, I noticed he has put it on a triple foam (which is the wash that's £2 cheaper). For £20 you can go to pool car wash and have your car hoovered, cleaned inside (not the fabric) and and hand washed, and sometimes even a free air freshner. Plus you get a free wash after you've paid for 10. I didn't have the time to go today, but in future I'll wait until I do have the time, instead of settling this.

I pointed out where the car needed cleaning properly. It went through and the areas were still dirty. They washed them again. They did not allow the car to go back through (so it was now wet).
I checked again and the car was still dirty after the second time of pointing out the dirty areas.
The guy washing the car should have been a model!
