I have spoken to the pharmacist since I left a negative review, we have discussed matters and I have apologised for my loss of temper, hopefully the matter is now behind us and we can move on.

I'm house bound,so I have some one pick up my prescription. I've had something missing of my last 2 prescriptions, checked with doctors and they were definitely ordered. Tried ringing pharmacy but the phone is constantly engaged

I am new to this pharmacy and can?t sing their praises enough.
After many issues having prescriptions sent to the ?Spine? and not my selected pharmacy I needed to source it myself and called Green Lane as an emergency to see if they could get my prescription before I went on holiday. I could not believe, but was totally relieved when the pharmacist told me that she could get it the next day for me and totally understood my predicament.
I have also had a couple of bad experiences at a well known supermarket pharmacy; they have been very unprofessional, at times rude and made me feel very unwelcome in collecting my prescription from them, and whilst I understand that pharmacies are under a lot of pressure it has caused me anxiety, and I am not an anxious person.
The team at Green Lane have made me feel very welcome, have put me at ease and gone the extra mile to help me.
Needless to say I have now changed them to be my nominated pharmacy.

We know it has been hard for them. For years, Green Lane Pharmacy have provided a service second to none. Well you can't make a mistake with life effecting medicines can you? The staff here have always gone the extra mile with a smile. They are good friends and well respected in the community they serve. A real asset to our town and we all appreciate their hard work.

Service and communication with staff are excellent who go over and beyond have been with them for years and if anyone can find fault I will be amazed. Just like to add twos weeks later ran out of an inhaler rang and within 4hours they had organised a repeat and was ready for collecting what a service no where else locally can you get this service Shellie and staff I commend you thanks

I live in Wales, not England. I'm currently on holiday !
Green lane Pharmacy didn't have a couple of items that were on my prescription ( that seems to be prescribed in Wales not England) but they ordered them and they were there in a couple of working days.
Extremely pleasant helpful staff, who recognised me when I returned to the pharmacy!
I heartily recommend.

I have been with Green Lane Pharmacy for 15 years the staff have always been really helpful and polite I wouldn't go anywhere else
What people need to understand is that they are closing pharmacy's down so people use green Lane yes the shop gets really busy but please remember they have lots of patients wanting medication and sometimes the surgery are the ones that cause a problem not the chemist if your prescription hasn't come through they can't give you your medication
So be kind be polite and just be considerate to other people come on people's be kind and polite

Much like most of the lost 1 stars. Unfortunately they have messed up my medication again. This store is incompetent and the pharmacist is incredibly rude, brash and unkind. Bad customer skills including raising her voice and an inability to make correct orders. Unwilling to accept it was their mistake, despite the prescription notes being very clear about what should have been in my prescription bag. The pharmacist also doesn't check the prescriptions properly despite that being her literal job. I have reached my limit and terminated my usage of this pharmacy. I will be contacting the ICB and GPhC for further investigation.
