I had a cervical screening appointment with nurse Trudy. She was very kind and informative and the procedure was carried out in a delicate manner. I do not have any other experience with this surgery, but based on this experience I feel confident in recommending getting tested there. Cancer prevention is very important and I am glad to know the staff at St Day surgery treats this subject as such. Nurse Trudy made sure I am comfortable and informed of every step of the procedure.

Not sure what's going on with Carn to Coast lately. You call and your advised to use the online service. You go on the online service it's sometimes not available. When it is available you fill it out as I did Monday and still not heard back. My partner has just registered with them as I recommend how good they were previously. I wish I hadn't. She just got through to homecroft as for the past five days she has been sick and horrendous stomach pain so bad that she can't sleep or function as normal during the day only to be told use the online app. Five days of no fluids really sick and can I please speak to a doctor no use the online form. What system is this. I respect there are volumes of pressure on the service but come on! How do those who don't have Access to online mange.

Absolutely dreadful, can?t get an appt face to face and cannot get any help for what I need or advice. No compassion or care whatsoever

Lack of communication. You use the NHS app, allow extra time for prescriptions as they advise you to. Follow their advice, and the service is still poor. A week for a prescription is more than enough time to get it on the spine for collection. Instead I was made to look like a fool in the pharmacy for the fourth time because my regular prescription of years still wasn't processed after 5 business days. And the pharmacist had to issue an emergency px for me after trying to get through to you for 20 mins and me becoming increasingly distressed. People could be missing out on vital medications. Very poor service

Shockingly poor service. eConsults are not followed up. Often the phone isn't answered. You are at the unfortunate mercy of your own ailments. My son couldn't get his 8 week vaccination on time, they had no appointments, when they finally saw him they moaned he hasn't been sooner. Very very disappointed, this practice used to be so good.

Phones sometimes OFF, not even a automated services just completely dead. When they do answer, you immediately regret you called. Why have this place if you will not see your patients? The hospital have sent several letters over the years about it. Wrong medication, wrong prescriptions, not seeing us and on top of that people have been misdiagnosed by you as well. You are a danger to this community.

One of the worst doctors surgeries I have ever experienced, you call and ate told they are receiving a high volume of calls and to make an online enquiry. You go to make an online enquiry but it's blocked.They have no duty if care to any patients. Maybe call them when your ready to jump off a bridge only to be faced with a receptionist that l, is more self important than the queen. DO NOT REGISTER AT THIS SURGERY

I have been with this surgery for over 30 years. It has now become so bad that I'm going move my family to another surgery. You can't get through on the phone and when you finally do, you're told to complete an online form!! This was for my 3 year old! When I asked if she could have an appt to be seen that day, I was told no. This surgery has gone so far downhill....horrendous service.

We may as well not have GP services at all as the level of 'service' provided by carn to coast is abysmal at best, negligent at worst. It's verging on impossible to get so much as a phone consultation , never mind a face to face, and if you do manage to get through to reception you will be interrogated as to why you didn't use their online klinik form, not everyone is technically savvy you know, and often the online service is offline!I've lost all faith in the NHS, I have lost all trust and respect.

I changed to this practice because it has always been rated so highly. What a mistake that was. I have never managed to see a GP and it seems impossible to even speak to one. As many have said we have to go through the dire Klinik system now, if you need to speak to a GP you get directed to the even more dire Livi system.
Well the Livi app kept crashing on my phone, not sure why as Everything else worked OK, the Livi technical support team couldn't get it to work either, incidentally I'm still waiting for them to ring back as promised. Sadly I Missed my appointment:(
So I bought a new phone and got Livi installed, it worked :) I went through klinik again and had an appointment made, great..though I suspected that the GP was from hundreds of miles away and not Carn to Coast? In any case I'll never know as it was cancelled 2 minutes before the appointment was due!
I don't say my condition is life threatening but the right meds and advice would make a huge difference.
Seriously if anyone reading this knows a local GP practice where you can actually see a GP or even talk to one please let me know.

On the phone at 8am, to be told no appointments available at 3pm. Then given incorrect advice over the phone! This place isn't fit for purpose. No wonder A&E is over crowded, only place you can actually see a doctor

Terrible experience. Again. Rang for ages to only be directed to use the klinik system. was called back with what I thought was a Dr appointment only to see a nurse . She was lovely but needed a Dr to sign off on medications .I left it all day till 10pm to try and pick up the medication and nothing had been put through. Now going into the weekend im chasing yet another Dr appointment as no one can sign off on the medication that i really need to start as I'm in a bad way. Lumping together 30k people and hoping you can provide any meaningful service is a joke. Sadly this used to be a lovely service but now its an impossibility to see a face to face Dr
