Visited this pharmacy while currently on holiday in Cornwall. During a bike ride, my 7 year old daughter fell off and landed on a large pile of stinging nettles causing her to get stung over her entire torso and down her legs. I popped in on the way home to pick up some cream to soothe the stings. After asking one of the lovely ladies what would help, the actual chemist began telling me how I should just let her get over it and use vinegar to clean it. That a cream, that states on the box is for stinging nettles rash, will not help. As I was paying, I heard him say that ?she won?t forget the pain and won?t do it again!? Absolutely disgusting customer service and care from a medical professional. I cannot fault the lovely ladies who all tried to assist me but got put down by this man.

Everything i call them I am told they are busy please call back later. I understand they are busy therefore they should employ mire staff to deal with the telephone calls.

My mum gets her medication delivered and they always forget someone and when trying to call them it's always answerphone and no way of getting though they is no way she can't get to redruth for the medication and I don't drive either
I wish they would just answer the damn phone

I have to say this pharmacy has gone downhill. The staff are often overheard complaining about their job/ their customers even when customers are in the pharmacy. It?s shocking! Very long wait for prescriptions (if they even have it at all.) You?re often met with attitude as though you?re a burden for coming in to collect a prescription. And if the doctor has sent over an emergency prescription to collect from this pharmacy the same day - forget it! Lately they are closing the pharmacy for longer than their listed opening hours as they need to catch up. They also don?t answer their phone. Even to the doctor?s surgery!

Rang 3 times answer phone came on wanted ti know if they had my prescription walked there waited they had turned the volume down on the phone and no one was answering it. Luckily they had my prescription. It could have been an important CALL.

Patients beware. The worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They haven't a clue what they are doing on a daily basis. Their excuse is that they have lost 2 members of staff. Is that the fault of the general public. The Pharmacist is often quite rude and likewise are the staff. I can't wait to move to a business thats run as a business. Had to give them one star for the app but thats being generous.
