The museum and jewellery were great . The food left a lot to be desired had a ploughman's it was very vinegary ham was dry and bread was stale disappointed

I visited the jewellery repair workshop to have my engagement ring resized and was met with the absolute rudest man I've ever had the misfortune to meet in a service industry! He was rude, dismissive and belittled me for asking a question about the resizing process. Such a shame as all the other staff there are smiley,... read full comment

Nice to look at the jewellery, that has been made in the shop. Friendly staff. Cornish Pantry Breakfast could have been a bit Quicker & Hotter ?
Update went back January 25 & the breakfast was excellent ?
