Outstanding pharmacy in Illogan. Always go above and beyond to help. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Even when they are challenged due to being short staffed.
This is a very busy pharmacy so there are inevitable queues on occasion. Please allow time for this.

This boots is the best around, been getting our meds from here since before it was boots, people don?t give these guys enough credit for the hard work they do! They have to deal with a lot but always do their best to make sure we have our medication, well done boots team keep up the good work!!

Had my prescription on Thursday, told me it would be ready Friday lunchtime. Called in Friday evening, still not ready, returned Saturday lunchtime before they shut, still not ready. Hopefully be ready by Monday! Won't be using again

A good pharmacy near the double roundabouts in Illogan. I have my prescription sent to here by my GP surgery. Boots text to say they have received the request and text again when it's ready for me to collect. Very helpful staff.

I gave someone a lift to get their prescription. Service was better than some chemists I have been to. A good option for dodging the queues in the ones found in the supermarkets or main street in a town.

3 times today my wife has been to boots illogan to get her repeat prescription only to finally come away with less than half of the medication she needs this is very distressing for her as she has to go without her heart tablets following a recent stroke we use this pharmacy as its in our village and as she is not allowed to drive after her stroke it's one of the few things she can do for herself if they can't provide a service why bother

I always find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. If my prescription isn't available on the given date, the staff chase it up and tell me when it will be ready, saving unnecessary trips and phone calls. All in all, they provide a very good service.
