Everytime I go here, the queue is always held up due to some problem or another. Mainly with prescriptions.Now there is a new bolshy person serving who is constantly talking, louder than life, describing all details of the medication that you are purchasing ( paracetamol that you have taken several times in your life)and holding up the queue even longer.Not great if you have a banging headache, a bit of a temperature and all you want is to grab some paracetamol and go home.

What an abominable establishment. The staff have attitudes and do not even have the backbone to apologise for LYING about about prescriptions. At one point they even messed up my prescription dosage and had the gall to blame me even though I hadn?t even spoken to a doctor in several months. I spoke to a doctor about this who proved to me that they did not change my dosage and that it was Boots themselves. I came to them with this evidence on a phone call and my correct prescription magically appeared within the next week with no apology or explanation. They have caused so much stress in my family, I wish I could give this zero stars. Changes need to be made.

My wife and I have been supported brilliantly by the team here at Boots Illogan over the last 2 years.They do everything in their power to overcome difficulties - actually caused by a local surgery regarding repeat prescriptions.Thank you all.
